We are proud to present INH6! We will be launching at 7pm central tomorrow evening. The server will be running 1.19.2 and the seed will be revealed at launch. We hope to see you there!

Tomorrow, March 13, at 6:00 PM CDT we are finally going to launch the rumored *INH Hardcore Server!* The rules are simple: there will be a 3000x3000 block area to play in, and your goal is to survive as long as you can! If you die, you will respawn after 1 week, and all of your items will be deleted.

The next [INH] is almost here! [INH] 5 (on version 1.18.1) will launch tomorrow at 4:20 PM (Central Time)
We are hosting a design competition for a new INH logo as we go into INH 5. The winner will receive ONE MONTH OF DISCORD NITRO CLASSIC (or prize of equivalent value). Submissions will close at midnight on Dec 31st (CST). The only requirement is that it fits the overall theme of "I.N.H." Other than that be as creative as you'd like. People may make as many submissions as they'd like but if you're deemed to be spamming or making too many submissions of low quality you may be disqualified. We look forward to your submissions and good luck to all!

Hello all members of INH! As you know, 1.18 has finally come, and we plan to reset around Sunday. In the meantime, we would like to celebrate this current server. On Friday, December 17 at 3:00 PM CDT, we will be blowing up spawn and generally destroying everything around there. We want this server to go out with a BANG! Please prepare any and all explosives/traps, and make sure to cause as much chaos as possible. We hope to see you there!

The next [INH] is almost here! We have been hard at work setting up the next server for 1.17! [INH] 4 will launch today at 6:00 PM (Central Time)

A new INH is on the horizon! We are currently working hard to bring the INH experience into the brand new 1.17. There is still a little bit of work to be done but we are close to being ready to roll it out. Expect more updates and announcements. And be on the lookout for INH 4, coming soon to a computer near you!

The release date for Minecraft 1.17 has finally been announced for June 8, 2021! We are going to start working on the next [Input Name Here] SMP, so be on the lookout for more announcements about INH 4!

We have just updated the server to 1.16.5. We have not made any other changes and the impact should be minimal. If you need the newest version of optifine, it is available for download above.

October 16:
The INH survival multiplayer server is going to be reset at 4:15 PM CDT on October 16. It will be running the latest version of Minecraft—1.16.3, and there is an Optifine Download available on the INH website.
October 10:
The admin team is happy to announce an upcoming server reset! The official release date will be Friday, October 16, at 4:00 PM CDT. Almost everything will be the same as the previous version (same mods, same IP, same whitelist, etc.) but we will be updating the rules, so be sure to check them before joining. We will also be moving to 1.16.3. The world will be completely wiped and the seed will be new, and a download for the previous world file will be made available in the world downloads section. See you Friday!

The server is now running the newest, Minecraft 1.16.2. You can download OptiFine for this version here on this page without having to deal with malware.

The server has been updated to 1.16.1 and the previous nether is now available in the historical world downloads section on the website.

We are now enforcing a strict whitelist. If you had been whitelisted and no longer are, reapply at join.inhmc.com. Thank you for working with us to make sure the server can provide fun experiences to everyone.

We will be updating to 1.16 at 12 PM on Monday, July 6th. We will be reseting the nether so make sure to remove any important items before then. The 1.15 version of the nether will be available for download in the world download section after the reset.

Due to a recent incident, we will now be properly enforcing our whitelist. Please reapply to the server by going to join.inhmc.com before Sunday, June 28 to ensure that you do not experience any interruptions. The application process is simple and is mostly to make sure we have records of who is playing on the server; if you are on the server, your application will most likely be accepted. Thank you for working with us to make sure everyone can have a good experience on this server.

In light of recent events it seems that people need a refresher on acceptable usage of /trigger sp_on:
What it is NOT for:
-Teleporting to people
-Getting out of a sticky situation (pvp, lots of mobs, etc.)
-Travel
-Looking for loot under or above ground (ores, loot chests, dungeons, etc.)
-Trying to find peoples bases or hidden things
What it IS for:
-Looking at your builds
-Recording a video for YouTube
-Getting unstuck from non-dangerous things such as glitchy blocks (use discretion here)
If you think of a use that doesn't fall within any of these categories, get in contact with us before using it that way.
This is a privilege not a right. If you are caught using it for any unapproved purpose you will get a warning, and if it becomes a problem, a temporary ban.

The previous [INH] world file (public beta v0.1.1) is now available for download here.

The shopping district has a new location! It can be found at (-150, -50) and the surrounding area. The solid gravel line is a hard border, but the dotted gravel line is a suggestion (if there is not enough room, an easement can be made). All shops are welcome, but be courteous to others and don't take up too much space.
Also, you can now get the armor statues book which allows you to edit the positions of armor stands. To get one, just press the button at the feet of the giant armor stand in the shopping district.

Our new website www.inhofficial.com has officially launched. World downloads for older server versions will be made available here along with invite requests and ban appeals. As of now, you can download the world file for our first server world. Finally, the server can now be accessed by the IP address: play.inhmc.com.
The ender dragon fight happened today at 5:00 pm. If you missed it and wish to participate, we are planning to have a refight on Friday, May 29 at 4:00 pm.

Reminder, the /c and /s commands are not to be abused. Examples of abuse would be using it to spy on people, using it to find resources, or any activity that could be considered harassment or malicious. It is a privilege not a right and will be taken away if it is abused.

The server has now been reset!
It is still in 1.15.2, and will update to 1.16 as soon as the first beta for optifine 1.16 is released.
Don't get attached to the current nether file. It will be reset when we update to 1.16.
To find a base location, or spawn chunks or things, the seed is: 7546344125836339859.
As a leg reducing measure, we are not allowing builds in the spawn chunks. There is a large birch square marking them out so you know where you can start building. We will allow mining and cutting down trees in the spawn chunks. if there is something you want to build in them, contact an admin to get express permission to do so. if you do build something, it may still be moved or removed by admins (we will try to notify you about that).
We have added a mod where you can go between survival and spectator. this is ONLY for recording videos and looking at builds, don't abuse it. to use it, type: "/c" for spectator and: "/s" for survival. you can also do "/log tps" and "/log mobcaps" to see the tps and mobcaps of the server in your tab list.
Some people want to record videos or livestream playing on the server, so if you are doing so, all conversations going on the internet must be in the recording/streaming voice channel so that people are aware of that fact.
